I grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, a place I’ll always call home, even though I never owned one there. My childhood was filled with moving from place to place, and with that came an early understanding of what it feels like to live in something that isn’t truly yours. I remember feeling frustrated by the rules, the limitations, and the lack of control, knowing that the space we lived in could change at any time.
Without realizing it, those experiences became my first introduction to real estate. I became quietly curious about leases, landlords, and what actually makes a house feel like home. Even at a young age, something about ownership, stability, and the idea of having a place that was truly yours stayed with me.
My adult life has been shaped by two states: Alaska and Arizona. Alaska built me. Arizona called me.
I first moved to Arizona at 18, shortly after giving birth to my daughter. I was young, hopeful, and determined to build a life for our family. I worked at JCPenney in Tempe, and during that season we welcomed my son,. When that relationship ended, I returned to Alaska where I had the comfort of family and familiarity.
Back home, I earned my cosmetology license and spent ten years as a hairdresser. I loved it. It was part artistry, part therapy, and something new. During that time, I met my now ex-husband, who was in the military. Life brought me back to Arizona once again, stationed at Luke Air Force Base. At that point, I couldn’t ignore it, Arizona kept pulling me back.
In 2015, I earned my real estate license while still working in the salon. I studied between clients, late at night, and whenever I could find a quiet moment. I knew this was bigger than a career shift, it was an opportunity.
Soon after, I walked through one of the hardest chapters of my life: divorce.
I had two children and a dream that wasn’t yet producing income. I had to decide.. return to Alaska or stay in Arizona and bet on myself.
I chose to bet on myself.
For a season, that meant sending my children to Alaska to stay with my parents while I rebuilt. It was the most painful decision I’ve ever made. My business wasn’t profitable. My living situation was unstable. I stayed with friends, moving from house to house, sold personal belongings — whatever it took to survive and stabilize.
It was humbling. It was refining. And it was the season that built my grit.
I recommitted. I stayed consistent. I learned. I grew. Slowly, the business began to produce. I secured my own place. And in 2017, I brought my children back home.
That remains one of my proudest accomplishments, not a transaction, not a milestone, but rebuilding our foundation.
Since then, life has grown in the most beautiful ways. I met my husband in 2019 and married him three years later. Together, we’ve welcomed two more children. Our home is full, loud, busy, and filled with laughter exactly how I prayed it would be.
When I’m not negotiating contracts or touring homes, you’ll find me hosting dinner parties, playing board games, and soaking in the beautiful chaos of family life.
Looking back, real estate didn’t just give me a career. It gave me the ability to rebuild my life with intention. It gave my children stability. It gave me ownership — in every sense of the word.
Today, I’m deeply rooted in Arizona and incredibly grateful to help others plant their own roots here too.
With over 11 years of experience in residential real estate, I bring both strategic expertise and heartfelt dedication to every client relationship.
Because my family never owned a home and moved frequently during my childhood, homeownership is deeply personal to me. I understand what stability truly means — and that perspective shapes the way I serve.
I believe real estate is more than transactions. It’s timing, negotiation, strategy, and trust. I take time to listen closely, understand my clients’ goals, and create a clear path forward. I never pressure decisions. Instead, I guide each client step-by-step, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and fully supported.
When it’s time to negotiate, I advocate fiercely and strategically, always protecting my clients’ best interests while working toward strong, win-win outcomes.
My goal is simple: to make the process smooth, empowering, and successful — and to ensure every client walks away feeling proud of their decision.
Sincerely,
